By accessing or using RentClaimPro ("Service"), operated by OnwardLabs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RentClaimPro is a document preparation and case management tool for Maryland failure to pay rent and eviction processes. The Service generates documents, tracks deadlines, and helps manage cases.
3. NOT LEGAL ADVICE
IMPORTANT: RentClaimPro is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice. The Service is a document preparation tool only. All documents, deadlines, and procedures generated by the Service must be reviewed by you for accuracy before use. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed attorney for legal questions.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating cases
- Review all documents for accuracy before filing or serving
- Comply with all applicable Maryland laws and court rules
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
5. Payment Terms
Certain features require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused cases
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONWARDLABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We are not responsible for dismissed cases, incorrect filings, missed deadlines, or any other outcomes resulting from use of the Service. You are solely responsible for verifying all documents and deadlines.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
